I've spent about 20 years running projects and governance in large, regulated, process-driven environments. I've managed roles with large-scale operational demands and high-volume delivery, and led technical builds that simplified how work was done, saving money and taking the burden off the people doing it.

I'm solutions-focused. When something needs fixing, or the scope of a job needs to change, I bring the people affected into it, so the result is something they actually want and it stays in line with what the business is trying to achieve.

Two decades of process work is also why I started Apex: I can see where AI genuinely improves quality, and where it just adds risk. I build and run AI systems myself, so when I recommend something, it's because I've made it work.
