Common questions

Can't I just learn this from YouTube?

YouTube is great for seeing what AI can do. What it can't do is look at your business. In each session we work on your actual tasks, with your tools and your information, and you leave with something that works the next day. And a booked session every fortnight means it actually gets done, instead of sitting on the someday list.

What happens after the first three months?

You go month to month and can stop whenever you like, keeping everything we've built. Most owners find the list gets longer once they see what's possible, so the sessions simply move on to the next bottleneck.

I'd rather someone just built it for me.

That's a fair preference. Systems built for you often break when nobody inside understands them. If you still prefer it, ask about the Apex Private Agent or a fixed-price build.

Is my information safe?

We start with your AI rules: you can add the Charter in month one, so it's clear what information goes into which tool.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whichever suit you: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or others. We teach the method, not one product, so it doesn't go out of date.
